The Young Hotelier Award (YHA) is about fostering the most talented young hotelier in the 5 star luxury hotel scene in Vienna, the one that attracts attention through outstanding performance and devotion to his/her job. Contestants will be trained by industry professionals and are to present a chosen topic in written memoranda and oral argumentations to a prestigious jury, consisting of experts and leaders from Austria’s hospitality industry and economy.
